Here are some helpful reminders to make a few things more convenient.

• When dropping off rent, please use the small yellow envelopes. They fit into the dropbox in the office door,
• Always include your name and apartment on ALL your envelopes and payments,
• All payments should be made payable to Jade-Lynn Apartments,
• Do not reply to the notifications or the notification number. Click through the link and read the messages. If you ever have a question, call us,
• Make note of the service text number: (954) 395-6262, any calls or contact to the old number you have will not be answered.
