Hello All!

Please, when reporting an issue with ANY laundry machine, please provide the machine number, for example ABC123, and what the issue is with the machine. We will also be happy to return your money for the cycle. Telling us “dryer does not work” is not helpful, please help us help you, so we can have it serviced correctly.

We appreciate your attention.

Hurricane Season 2026

To all Jade-Lynn Apartments residents!

It’s Hurricane Season! WHEN IN DOUBT CALL 911!

Be prepared and be informed!! To help everyone, we have collected Hurricane guides from NOAA.gov and from local news stations. Please click and choose a Hurricane guide for English and Spanish or click here for a video link from WSVN 7 for additional information.

As a reminder, when our area is included in a Hurricane Warning, this means that bad weather is less than 24-hours away. We are also in an evacuation area, so please make a plan with friends or family in the event you must evacuate the immediate area!

DURING ANY HURRICANE ALERTS: ALL RESIDENTS ARE REQUIRED TO BRING IN ALL ITEMS FROM OUTSIDE. THIS INCLUDES PLANTERS, FLOWERS, SHOES, TOYS, ETC. WE WILL BE GOING AROUND THE PROPERTY BEFORE ANY SHELTER NOTIFICATIONS AND DISPOSING OF ANYTHING THAT IS LEFT OUT. JADE-LYNN CORP WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, STOLEN, MISSING OR DAMAGED ITEMS.

  • Be sure to pay attention to the local weather and news stations,
  • Fill your bathtub with fresh water for fresh supply,
  • Get extra batteries and a battery-operated radio,
  • Be sure that all your electronics (cell phones, iPad) are fully charged,
  • CLOSE THE WINDOWS! Remember they are impact windows,
  • NEVER USE A GENERATOR INDOORS!!!
  • WHEN IN DOUBT CALL 911

Electronic & Paperless Coming Soon – CLICK TO READ

TO ALL RESIDENTS OF JADE-LYNN APARTMENTS

Greetings all!

In our effort to reduce waste, paper, ink, and all items related, we are beginning to transition to electronic LEASE/RENTAL, PARKING AGREEMENTS & ADDENDUMs, or other signature required documents for all residents. This means that all of you will always have a copy of your current lease and associated documents electronically at anytime from anywhere, FOR FREE!

We will be using the service DocuSign. They have a free app in your respective app stores. This is a free service to all end-users, so there is NO costs to you!

Our transition will begin with our residents who are coming for RENEWAL on SEPTEMBER 1.

This transition to electronic documents does not replace other forms of communication that we will be sending from the office to you from time to time. For example, direct messages by text or email or by printed letters placed directly into your apartment. So that means, you will still receive our property wide SMS text messages and we will still contact you directly when necessary, as usual.

DUMPSTER TRASH THROW AWAY – CLICK TO READ

PLEASE TAKE A LOOK AT THE IMAGE BELOW. THIS IS A RESULT OF TOSSING GARBAGE OVER THE TOP AND NOT OPENING THE DOORS AND PLACING TRASH INTO THE DUMPSTER

HERE’S ANOTHER REMINDER THAT THE LAZIER CHOICES COSTS US ALL MORE IN THE END.

  • OPEN THE DUMPSTER DOORS,
  • OPEN DUMPSTER LID,
  • PLACE YOUR GARBAGE INTO THE DUMPSTER,
  • CLOSE DUMPSTER LID,
  • CLOSE DUMPSTER DOOR
  • ALL TRASH GOES INSIDE THE DUMPSTER, NOT AROUND IT, NOT ON TOP, NOT ON THE SIDE!

Or come into the office and sign up with us for Zelle payments and stop paying the fees!

THIS IS A NOTICE THAT THERE IS TO BE NO AUTO REPAIRS OF ANY KIND ON THE PROPERTY. ACCEPTED REPAIR ARE; A FLAT TIRE OR BATTERY SERVICE (JUMP THE CAR) ONLY! WE WILL BEGIN FINES AT $100, EACH ADDITIONAL VIOLATION WILL RESULT IN FINES DOUBLING ($100>$200>$400) FOR EACH ADDITIONAL VIOLATION. THE CAMERAS WILL NOT LIE!
