TO ALL RESIDENTS OF JADE-LYNN APARTMENTS

Effective Monday September 1, 2025, the rate for washer and dryers will increase by $0.25 to $2.00 per cycle. We have tried very hard over the years to keep the costs at a minimal rate with very little increases; however, our expenses keep quickly rising because of our vendors increasing all of their rates.
